Monica Young
Monica Young is an accomplished marketing strategist and business leader, with significant experience in brand repositioning, innovation strategy, advertising and promotion development. She has spent the last 12 years in key positions in Procter and Gamble and PepsiCo, most recently leading innovation strategy for PepsiCo’s Gatorade business. She is a recognized coach and educator, who has guest lectured in courses at University of Illinois and University of Michigan. Currently she is a Marketing Consultant, working with a variety of companies including Fortune 500 and start-up ventures. She holds a B.A. from University of Illinois, and an MBA from University of Michigan.
